| I have bought several homes though many realtors and have never seen anyone work as diligently and thoroughly as Keith. We began our home buying process from out of country. We were only able to travel to Little Rock for a few days to look at homes. Keith came highly recommended and was able to set up appointments for all of the properties we were interested in (around 20 total). Keith dedicated 3 days of his time to shuttle us around looking at homes. He was able to answer questions on schools, utilities, state laws and everything else we could think of. Once we had to leave country again, Keith kept constant contact with us through email, text and video conferencing while we closed on the house. Closing was scheduled for 3 months later when we would be moving to Little Rock, during this time Keith sent 250 plus pictures of the house and neighborhood so my wife could see everything she had questions on. Keith even sent videos of the house and neighborhood when he heard our kids asking what the neighborhood street was like. When my wife began planning where furniture would go, Keith went to the house and measured every room, hall and ceiling height and then put it down on a detailed drawing of the house for her to plan from. Keith scheduled all inspections and met with the companies at the house so he could video it all for us to be a part of. Many of the inspections we used iPad's FaceTime so we could ask the home inspectors questions. Keith helped set up utilities ahead of time, relayed questions for and from the title company, and ensured the process was always on track. We were on an 8 hour time difference and Keith was always there to help. The day we arrived, Keith even offered to pick us up at the airport. He met us at the house to ensure all was as should be. Later that evening Keith even drove an hour out of his way to turn the main water on which the water company had neglected to do. Since closing, Keith still contacts us from time-to-time to ensure all is well with the house. There is no better realtor out there than Keith, we highly recommend him. |
